Hi Wing, depending also on the facing of the unit, but I reckon that you should be looking at $920-$950psf. The last transaction for a 3+1 unit there on a high floor came up to be $977psf, but without more information from your end it would be hard to accurately price the unit.
Pricing of property is quite delicate. I will do a detailed market analysis for you to consider before making the decision to sell.
